Earlier specialists of Russian Ministry of Extraordinary Situation voiced this version. Referring to the results of decoding of the records of conversation between A-320 crew and dispatcher service Russian Minister of Transport Igor Levitin, who arrived in Sochi, reported today that the plane was making a second circle for landing. "This means the pilot decided to make a second circle owing to meteorological conditions. This is the right of the commander of the crew," Levitin told journalists.The airplane flying to Sochi from Yerevan was wrecked over the Black Sea on the night of Wednesday. 113 persons died in the crash. When asked whether there might be more people aboard than indicated in the lists, Igor Levitin said there is no information of that kind. "We will only use air company lists," the Minister remarked, reports RIA Novosti.
