EU Talks with South Caucasus States to Finish in May

PanARMENIAN.Net - EU will finish talks with South Caucasus states within the European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) in May. As the presiding country, Austria is ready to hold talks with Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan and adjust the Action Plan. State Secretary Hans Winkler stated the EU has strategic goals in the region: transit and stability in the Caucasus, as the region borders the EU, reports Novosti Gruzia.



We note that within the European Neighborhood Policy talks are held since past December. We already had three rounds in Baku, as well as in Tbilisi and Yerevan. After completion of the talks each country will have an individual Action Plan within the ENP.
