The move sees Spotify subscribers able to control Samsung M Series speakers directly through the platform's official app. Furthermore, Samsung Wireless Audio Multiroom is the first product line to enable Spotify Connect to stream music to more than one speaker simultaneously. News of Samsung's Spotify partnership follows confirmation that Apple has completed a big-money acquisition of Beats Electronics to boost its presence in the audio sector. Comprising M5 and M7 speakers, Samsung's M Series can also be paired with a range of other hardware, including smart TVs and Blu-ray players.
