PanARMENIAN.Net - Jessica Biel is returning to TV. The former "7th Heaven" star has booked a guest-starring role in the season 4 premiere of "New Girl". The wife of singer/actor Justin Timberlake will play the "hottest scientist in the world" named Kat, AceShowbiz said.

In the episode, Jess and the gang attend a wedding and make a bet who can score at the last marital bash of the summer season. Jess sets her eyes on the same guy Kat is eyeing and the two end up fighting over the guy.

This will be Biel's first small-screen role in years. She made a cameo on "Saturday Night Live" in 2009 but has not appeared on other TV shows since then. The 32-year-old beauty is mostly focused on film post-"7th Heaven", starring in "The A-Team", "Total Recall" and "Playing for Keeps" among many others.

The new season of "New Girl" debuts Tuesday, September 16 at 9 P.M. on FOX.
