OSCE MG Co-chair ‘encouraged’ by presidential meeting

PanARMENIAN.Net - The U.S. Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group said the mediators are ‘encouraged’ by the recent meeting between the Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Sochi.

“I was particularly pleased to hear both Presidents reaffirm their commitment to resolving the Nagorno Karabakh conflict through peaceful means and to continue their dialogue,” James Warlick said, according to Azerbaijan Press Agency.

“We are hopeful that the situation along the line of contact stabilizes, and that the sides find the political will to work with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs to bring about a settlement,” he added.
