Instagram unveils new Hyperlapse video appAugust 27, 2014 - 14:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Instagram has launched a new application called Hyperlapse. As Digital Spy reveals, currently iOS only, the new app can capture time-lapse videos even while moving your smartphone about. A normal time-lapse video would require a tripod and your camera being completely still, but Instagram's clever algorithm has changed this. The application is less of a social network and more a video app. It doesn't require an account to be used and simply works directly with the iPhone's camera. A single tap will start recording and tapping again will stop; playback speed can then be adjusted and the video subsequently saved to Instagram. For those interested, the application is currently available to download on iTunes here. Top stories Yerevan will host the 2024 edition of the World Congress On Information Technology (WCIT).
