Commission Chair, NKR Prosecutor General Armen Zalinyan made a statement at the session. President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Arkady Ghoukassian was present at the event. He decided that the NKR Draft Constitution be introduced before the Parliament. He also commissioned the working group to continue their activities to study and discuss proposals that have been received. Ghoukassian appreciated the activities of the NKR Constitutional Commission, noting that their work has received positive feedback from experts, reports the Press Service of the NKR President.
