Kocharian: Cooperation Can Promote Regional Conflicts SettlementJune 7, 2006 - 14:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSECO) has always been an efficient structure, however this organization possesses a huge potential, says the statement by Armenian President Robert Kocharian that was read by his assistant Vigen Sagrsyan at the opening of the 27th plenary session of the BSECO Parliamentary Assembly in Yerevan. The RA President underscored the necessity of encouraging mutual investments and formation of competitive atmosphere in the region, especially in the transport sector and development of cultural and scientific programs. He also noted the importance of promoting cooperation between the partner states without waiting for the settlement of the regional conflict and discrepancies.
