During the 7 days of his stay Garegin II will visit Armenian sacred places, will bless the Armenian community of Istanbul, will meet with Armenian intelligentsia and youth. June 25 the Supreme Patriarch will serve a liturgy in Surb Astvatsatsin Cathedral in Istanbul. The Catholicos of All Armenians will also meet with Istanbul Governor, reports St. Echmiadzin Press Service.Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
