Bjork announces New York shows ahead of “Vulnicura” album release

PanARMENIAN.Net - Bjork has announced a series of New York shows ahead of the release of her forthcoming album, “Vulnicura”, Gigwise reveals.

The Icelandic singer will perform two shows at Carnegie Hall and four at the City Center venue between March 7 and April 4 this year. Arca, one of the producers she has worked with on the album, will support the star on a few of the dates.

Announcing the intimate performances on her Facebook page, Björk wrote: "new york, here are your vulnicura tour dates ! they are for real ! hope you enjoy them !"

Tickets are available to the public from January 23.

The Icelandic pop icon had been teasing a new release over the last few months and revealed the record's name and tracklisting in a handwritten note last week.
