OPENING OSCE INFORMATION CENTERS IN MEMBER COUNTRIES PROPOSEDDecember 9, 2002 - 18:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Bruce George has proposed to open OSCE information offices in all 55 member countries. Addressing the sitting of the council of foreign ministers of the OSCE countries he substantiated the necessity to open those centers with the demand to inform political figures and citizens of all states about the all-European processes, as well as to contribute to the process of the EU and NATO expansion. In his words, the proposal will become a discussion subject at the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly at the annual session in June, 2003.![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
