iTunes music streaming service “to debut at WWDC”March 9, 2015 - 11:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A report has ruled out the long-rumoured iTunes music streaming service debuting at Apple's event on March 9. As Digital Spy reports citing 9to5Mac, the service - which is expected to be a revamp of the existing Beats-based streaming platform - will be shown during WWDC in June instead. The new Beats app is expected to replace the existing Music application on iOS and include integration with iTunes, Apple TV and other services. Previous reports suggest that it will retain elements of the current Beats Music, such as Activities, Mixes and Playlists, but scrap the black and red colour scheme in favour of a design that is more in line with Apple's other products. Beats Music accounts are expected to be merged with Apple ID profiles when the new service launches.
