Tom Hardy attached to star in 3 more “Mad Max” movies![]() April 3, 2015 - 15:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Tom Hardy has announced that he is attached to star in three more Mad Max movies, according to Digital Spy. The actor, who makes his debut as the titular character next month, said that it all rides on the success of Mad Max: Fury Road. "Everything's based on figures and how things are perceived. Inevitably it's a business," he told Esquire. Warner Bros is yet to reveal future plans for the franchise. Earlier this week, it was reported that the first Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer will air before all screenings of Mad Max: Fury Road. The storyline of Fury Road centres on Hardy's Max and Charlize Theron's Imperator Furiosa, two rebels who may hold the key to restoring order to an apocalyptic world. Mad Max: Fury Road will open in cinemas on May 14, the same day as its Cannes Film Festival premiere.
