During the Committee meeting as GUAM member Ukraine and Moldova voted for involving the document in the UN GA agenda, while Russia and Armenia were against. As none of the Committee countries supported the initiative, the Committee decided not to include the GUAM proposal in the GA agenda without a vote.![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
