Karabakh Talks Should Be Resumed

PanARMENIAN.Net - The talks over settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict should be resumed, NKR FM Georgy Petrosyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. In his words, the process should take place within the framework of maintaining peace, security and stability, which can be the cornerstone for building confidence between the peoples. «Peoples should not wage war. All efforts but one - attaining final confirmation of non-resumption of hostilities - should be set aside. The state leader, who prompts the people to a war, is fully responsible for his words and actions,» the NKR MFA Head noted.
