Oskanian that Azerbaijan is withdrawing the talks from the OSCE framework to the UN by attaining inclusion of the issue on «frozen» conflicts in post-soviet space in the agenda of the UN GA session.«The settlement process does not exceed OSCE limits as Azerbaijan does not give up Minsk Group format,» Tagizadeh said, reports Interfax. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
