  Baku Does Not Give up OSCE MG FormatSeptember 19, 2006 - 15:51 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Baku is not going to give up OSCE Minsk Group (MG) format at Karabakh talks, Chief of the Department of Information of the Azeri MFA Tahir Tagizadeh said. «It has a priority character to us,» Tagizadeh underscored, when commenting on a statement by Armenian FM V. Oskanian that Azerbaijan is withdrawing the talks from the OSCE framework to the UN by attaining inclusion of the issue on «frozen» conflicts in post-soviet space in the agenda of the UN GA session.«The settlement process does not exceed OSCE limits as Azerbaijan does not give up Minsk Group format,» Tagizadeh said, reports Interfax.
