It becomes more impressive as it grossed $1.263 billion worldwide, making it the second highest grossing superhero movie of all time behind its predecessor "The Avengers", AceShowbiz reports. "Avengers: Age of Ultron" took the number seven slot in top grossing movies of all time internationally, grossing $860 million. It came below the number six, "Frozen", which grossed $1.274.2 billion, while surpassing another Marvel superhero movie "Iron Man 3". Many people predicted that "Avengers: Age of Ultron" would likely end up in the top 5 worldwide and could reach $1.6 billion before the end of its run. Besides, the Marvel sequel has earned a massive $210 million in China after 12 days in theaters. It marks the fourth highest-grossing film release in Chinese history. It also scored big in South Korea with $80.8 million, in the U.K. with $68.4 million, in Mexico with $48.3 million, in Brazil with $44.5 million, in Russia with $33.2 million, and in France with $32.1 million.
