FFS supergroup release new track “Call Girl” (video) June 1, 2015 - 12:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - FFS have released new track 'Call Girl', which is taken from their forthcoming collaborative album, Digital Spy reports. The supergroup, formed by members of Franz Ferdinand and Sparks, will release FFS on June 8. The album was produced by John Congleton (St Vincent, David Byrne, Anna Calvi) and recorded at London's RAK Studios. "The real motivation was to make something new, not 'Franz featuring Russell Mael', or 'Sparks with Franz Ferdinand backing them'," said Alex Kapranos. FFS was recorded over 15 days in late 2014. 'Piss Off' was the first track the group wrote for the album. The band revealed the dizzying video for 'Johnny Delusional' last week. FFS will play a selection of UK dates this June, including London's Troxy on June 29.
