Elgato has lifted the lid on its Eve range of products, which will work in conjunction with the iPhone maker's HomeKit app to make your household smarter. Spearheading the line is the Eve Room, which allows users to monitor air quality, temperature and humidity, plus it even lets them know if there are odours emanating from the carpet. Eve Door and Window is a home security device that is useful if you're the kind of homeowner who occasionally forgets to lock up. And if you like your weather forecasts with bonus details, Eve Weather sits outside your home and measures temperature, humidity and air pressure data. Rounding off the range, Eve Energy lets energy-conscious users monitor how much juice their appliances are gobbling up, and lets them shut them off remotely. All of the new Elgato devices can be controlled using an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch with the upcoming HomeKit app installed, but also work with the official Eve app. Photo: Elgato Top stories Yerevan will host the 2024 edition of the World Congress On Information Technology (WCIT).
