Hakobyan appointed deputy head of Armed Forces General Headquarters

PanARMENIAN.Net - President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint lieutenant-general Movses Hakobyan the deputy head of Armenia’s Armed Forces General Headquarters, presidential press office reports.

In 2007, Hakobyan was appointed the minister of defense of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic.

Under another decree, lieutenant-general Lyova Mnatsakanyan was relieved of the post of the deputy head of Armenia’s Armed Forces General Headquarters.
