"This is Azerbaijan's lifestyle. They intensify violations immediately after or before the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs' visit to the region," Davit Babayan said, adding that such actions are quite predictable and no weird developments are currently underway. Babayan also noted that ceasefire violations are observed every time an international diplomat visits the region.
