Orange Armenia does not have the scale necessary for generating investments required, according to ArmeniaNow. Ucom, an Internet, IP television and landline digital phone services provider has a license for providing 4G/LTE services. According to local media estimates, Orange Armenia mobile network may have a market value worth $80-120 million. No deal has been officially confirmed yet.
