  ICRC representatives visit Armenian captive in Azerbaijan August 8, 2015 - 13:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross visited Thursday, Aug 6, Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army soldier Arsen Baghdasaryan, who crossed the border with Azerbaijan in December 2014 in Aghdam area. The captive and his family exchanged news through the ICRC, Ilaha Huseynova, head of Communication Department of the ICRC Baku Office told APA news agency. Huseynova said that the ICRC, in accordance with its mandate, monitors Baghdasaryan's conditions and provides communication with his family.
