Azeri sniper kills soldier at Artsakh military postAugust 12, 2015 - 17:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian serviceman Karen Paruyr Hovhannisyan was killed Wednesday, Aug 12, at around 12:30 pm, by an Azerbaijani sniper at an eastern military post of the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army. An investigation is underway to determine the details. As reported earlier, two unsuccessful border penetration attempts were registered by Azerbaijani subversive groups on the night of Wednesday.
