iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus “to be available in stores on September 18”August 19, 2015 - 12:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Apple's iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus will be available in stores on September 18, if fresh reports from Germany are to be believed, Digital Spy reports. Local publication Macerkopf claims to have heard the released date from two out of three of the country's main operators, as Apple Insider points out. A September 18 released date for the iPhone 6S comes as little surprise, given that Apple is expected to announce its new handsets the week before on September 9. Germany is a first-wave country for Apple products, with the devices more than likely to launch in the UK and US on the same date. The latest rumours surrounding the iPhone 6S suggest that it will include Force Touch display technology and a next-generation A9 processor. It is uncertain whether the new high-end iPhones will be joined by the rumoured, plastic-coated iPhone 6C at the September event.
