Foo Fighters, Led Zeppelin & Queen members form supergroupSeptember 7, 2015 - 17:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Foo Fighters brought Led Zeppelin bassists John Paul Jones, and Queen drummer Roger Taylor to perform 'Under Pressure' at the Milton Keynes National Bowl last weekend, Gigwise reports. Roughly 11 weeks prior to the show, Dave Grohl damaged his leg in Sweden and subsequently had to cancel a number of shows including two UK dates. The Foos returned to the UK this weekend to perform two nights at Milton Keynes and invited some special guests onstage for the final night. The guests in question were Led Zep's John Paul Jones and Queen drummer, Roger Taylor. "Now look," Grohl began to explain: "I don’t know if y’all have ever seen a supergroup. This is a ‘superdupergroup.’ I don’t even know what to say because this kind of s— doesn’t happen every day. Let me just tell you that the Foo Fighters, right now, are living out our rock n’ roll fantasy with you tonight." Together the 'superdupergroup' or 'Them Crooked Vultures without Homme' or 'Foos and friends', performed a cover of Queen's 'Under Pressure' with Taylor of drums and Jones on keyboards. In similar acts of homage, Laura Marling and Marika Hackman played a surprise cover of 'Tired of You' at End of the Road festival.
