Armenia implementing evaluation of infantry battalion operational capacity

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is implementing the level-2 evaluation of the OCC of one of the peacekeeping brigade’s infantry battalions of the Armenian Armed Forces within the framework of the Operational Capabilities Concept (OCC) of NATO’s Partnership for Peace program.

According to the Armenian Defense Ministry’s press service, the unit’s combat readiness is tested in the second phase, based on NATO indicators.

Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan and Chief of the General Staff of Armenian Armed Forces, Colonel-General Yuri Khachaturov visited the training center Thursday, September 17.
