At least 5 Armenians wounded in recent Aleppo shelling

PanARMENIAN.Net - A number of people, including five Armenians, were wounded in recent bomb attacks in Aleppo, Syria.

Two Armenian districts, Nor Kyugh and Zhapriye, are reported to be the target of rocket and mortar shelling and gas balloon explosions. The raids have damaged a nursing house roof, Tert.am reports citing Perio News’ Facebook page.

Rocket strikes have been quite frequent in many Armenian districts of the city over the past days.

Bomb attacks in Nor Kyugh have left four Armenians wounded, the Aleppo-based newspaper Gandzasar said in a Facebook post.

A total of nine Armenians are reportedly dead.

The condition of the injured is deemed serious.
