  Oskanian to Take Part in BSECO FMs MeetingOctober 30, 2006 - 13:29 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian is leaving for Moscow to take part in the 15th meeting of the FMs of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSECO), to be held October 31 - November 1, reports the Press Office of the Armenian MFA.
