  Oskanian-Mammadyarov Meeting Proceeded in Constructive AtmosphereNovember 15, 2006 - 12:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian met in Brussels with his Azeri counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov in presence of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs. In a constructive atmosphere the sides discussed the details of new ideas suggested by the mediators on October 6 in Moscow and October 24 in Paris.Making an attempt to bring closer the positions of the sides the mediators proposed to consider the possibility of a presidential meeting. The decision on visiting Yerevan November 21 was also taken during the meeting, reported the RA MFA press office.
