OSCE Mission monitors contact line between Karabakh, Azerbaijan

PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Mission conducted on Thursday, November 5, a planned monitoring of the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan in the eastern part of the village of Talish of Karabakh's Martakert region.

From the positions of the Karabakh Defense Army, the monitoring was conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, Field Assistants Yevgeny Sharov (Ukraine) and Khristo Khristov (Bulgaria), as well as staff member of the Office Peter Svedberg (Sweden). Representatives of Karabakh’s Foreign and Defense Ministries accompanied the mission.

From the opposite side of the contact line, the monitoring was conducted by Kasprzyk’s Field Assistant Jiri Aberle (Czech Republic) and the Personal Assistant to the Personal Representative of the CiO Simon Tiller (Great Britain).

No ceasefire violation was registered during the monitoring.
