As PanARMENIAN.Net reporter came to know from the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan, Bryza's absence is conditioned by the heavy schedule of the diplomat. In Yerevan the mediators will meet with Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian and President Robert Kocharian. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
