Armenia slams Azerbaijani shelling, vows retaliationNovember 13, 2015 - 14:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan's terrorist acts will not go unpunished, Armenia's Defense Ministry said, commenting on the deaths of two soldiers on the contact line between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan. Vahe Vanoyan, aged 20 and Mikayel Torosyan aged 19 were killed in Azerbaijani shelling on Thursday, November 12, at around 9:00 pm. An investigation into the details of the incident is underway. “Realizing that such actions will not go unanswered and those guilty will be punished, the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan once again strives to escalate the situation,” the Armenian Ministry said in a statement. The Ministry further stressed that Azerbaijan's moves aimed at destabilizing the situation on the contact line have intensified once the electoral process was over and immediately after the OSCE Minsk Group’s visit to the region, once again demonstrating Baku’s destructive approach in the Karabakh conflict settlement.
