PABSEC Wants a Role in Karabakh SettlementNovember 24, 2006 - 15:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation 'can play a significant role in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement', Chairman of the PABSEC Economic, Commercial, Technological and Environmental Affairs Committee, member of Turkish Parliament Ali Temur stated in Baku. In his words, Turkey's representatives in the PABSEC keep focus on the Karabakh issue and exert every effort for its resolution. "Although the BSEC is an economic institute it can indirectly influence over the problem resolution.
