  Russian, Turkish Foreign Ministers to meet in Belgrade December 3, 2015 - 14:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey's Foreign Ministry says the Turkish and Russian foreign ministers will meet Thursday, December 3, on the sidelines of an Organization for Security and Cooperation meeting in the Serbian capital Belgrade, the Associated Press reports. The meeting would be the first between senior Turkish officials since Turkey downed a Russian plane near its border with Syria, touching off a crisis between the two countries that previously enjoyed warm ties. A ministry official said the meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Turkey's Mevlut Cavusoglu was scheduled for 3.30 pm local time.
