250 ceasefire violations by Azerbaijani army registered Dec 7-8![]() December 8, 2015 - 11:03 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani armed forces continuously violated the ceasefire on the line of contact with Nagorno Karabakh on December 7-8. According to the NKR Defense Ministry, 250 ceasefire violations by Azerbaijani armed forces were registered in the reporting period, with over 2700 shots fired from various caliber artillery weapons, 60-, 82-, 120-mm mortars, RPG-7 and AGS-17 grenade launchers, as well as TR-107 rocket launchers. Karabakh defense forces continue controlling the situation, retaliating in case of necessity. According to Karabakh Defense Army, 240 ceasefire violations by the Azerbaijani forces were registered on December 6-7, with over 4300 shots fired from various caliber artillery weapons, as well as 60-, 82- and 120-mm mortars, AGS-17, RPG-7 grenade launchers and Turkish-made TR-107 rocket launchers. Armenian and Nagorno Karabakh Defense Ministries reported on the recent upsurge of Azerbaijani ceasefire violations, with an Armenian soldier killed and another one wounded as a result.
