Azerbaijan fires 4000 shots in ceasefire violations on Jan 3-9January 9, 2016 - 15:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army, Azerbaijani armed forces have violated the ceasefire with Karabakh troops on the week of January 3-9, firing over 4000 shots from various caliber weapons. Karabakh armed forces have mostly refrained from retaliating and continue controlling the situation on the contact line. Relative calm was mainly preserved on the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan during the New Year holiday week.
