Diagnosed with severe heart failure and diabetes, 58-year-old Astghik Manvelyan was hospitalized on January 11, Aravot reports. Two more people died of H1N1 swine flu virus in Armenia on January 13, 5 more having passed away earlier this year and 3 others in December, 2015. 11 people have died from the virus overall. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
