PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire on the week of January 24-30, the Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army says.

According to the report, Azeri troops fired around 3500 shots from various caliber weapons, including 60- and 82-mm mortars, as well as AGS-17 and RPG-7 grenade launchers.

Besides, on January 26, at around 4:30 am, special units of the Azeri army initiated a subversive attack in the southern direction of the contact line with Nagorno Karabakh.

Having timely identified the rival groups, Karabakh Defense Army units took retaliatory measures, throwing the saboteurs back to their positions.

Karabakh troops continue controlling the situation on the contact line and protecting their positions.
