Kars-Akhalkalaki-Tbilisi-Baku Railroad Disadvantageous Project

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish business circles have nothing against an extra railway in the region. However, from the economic viewpoint construction of the Kars-Akhalkalaki-Tbilisi-Baku is a disadvantageous project, Co-chair of the Turkish-Armenian Business Development Council (TABDC) Kaan Soyak said when responding to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter's question at a news conference in Yerevan. In his words, reconstruction of the Kars-Gyumri railway will prove cheaper and more profitable with carrying capacity of 10 tons annually.
