Azeri Captive Passed to AzerbaijanJanuary 16, 2007 - 15:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On Tuesday an Azeri soldier, who was captured by the armed forces of Nagorno Karabakh, was passed to the Azeri authorities with assistance of International Red Cross Commission. The passing operation took place in the front-line of Aghdam district. According to its mandate the IRCC rendered assistance in passing the released soldier and stood as neutral mediator on request and full support of both sides.
