Kristian Vigenin appointed OSCE Special Rep. for South Caucasus![]() February 12, 2016 - 16:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Ilkka Kanerva appointed Kristian Vigenin the Special Representative for the South Caucasus, the OSCE press office reports. It is still unknown, however, when the special representative will visit the region. Vigenin will make every effort to tackle issues of most urgent significance, the OSCE said in the statement. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
