Armenia’s fresh fruit and vegetables exports rise dramaticallyFebruary 15, 2016 - 15:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia exported a total of 7.575 tons of fresh fruit and vegetables as of February 15 against the 4.139 tons in the same period last year, the country’s Ministry of Agriculture reports. According to the Ministry, 2.429 tons of fruit and grape have been exported against the 2.090 tons in the same period last year. Besides, as much as 5.146 tons of vegetables and potato have been traded abroad, up from last year’s 2.049 tons. Fresh Armenian fruit and vegetables have been shipped to Russia, Georgia, Switzerland and Iraq.
