He stressed that the court has granted permission to hold under arrest 15 of them. One more man has been arrested as a suspect. The detained citizens are accused of a number of articles of the criminal code: 218 (creating a criminal group), 274 (parricide), 28, 278 (preparation for forceful seizure and keeping of the power), 228 (illegal storage of weapons), 204 (production and selling of counterfeit money and valuable securities).
