Azerbaijan in Habit of Making Non-Committal Statements

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Azeri side is in habit of making non-committal delegation, head of the Armenian delegation to the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly, RA NA Speaker Tigran Torosian told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter when commenting on the statement by head of the Azeri delegation Samed Seyidov on expelling Armenia from the CoE. "One should always bear in mind that all statements by the Azeri delegation are meant for "domestic public" and cannot be treated seriously. Moreover anyone can advance proposals in the CoE. Our neighbors just want to make an impression that they carry out a great deal of work in Strasbourg," Torosian underscored.
