Yerevan 182nd in Mercer's 2016 Quality of Living Rankings![]() February 24, 2016 - 14:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan was placed 182nd in the 2016 Quality of Living Rankings, compiled by Mercer, the world's largest human resources consulting firm. Western European cities dominate the rankings, with Vienna retaining the No.1 spot. This year, Mercer examined personal safety, a top issue for multinational companies sending employees abroad, as security concerns increase throughout the world. Luxembourg earned the top spot for personal safety, while Baghdad took the lowest spot. Lagging behind Yerevan are Tbilisi(188th) and Baku(197th).
