  Oskanian Departed for Moscow to Participate in Karabakh Settlement TalksJanuary 22, 2007 - 15:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - January 22 Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian departed for Moscow to participate in the talks of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, reports the RA MFA press office. Vartan Oskanian is scheduled to meet with Azeri FM Elmar Mammadyarov January 23. OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs and OSCE CiO's Personal Representative will also be present at the meeting.
