Turkish lobby seeks to inseminate Genocide denialism in U.S.

PanARMENIAN.Net - Over 150 U.S.-based Turkish organizations have united to struggle against the international recognition of the Armenian Genocide, Ermenihaber.am reports citing Sabah newspaper.

The new project, known as the Turkish American National Steering Committee (TASC), said the organizations aimed to raise awareness of the U.S. public and reveal “the historical truth” on the first genocide of the 20th century.

Also, the committee seeks "to promote the Turkish public's integration in the U.S. political, social, economic and cultural life, improve the U.S.' perception of Turkey as a strategically important ally, also shaping a positive image of the Muslim nation among the American society."
