  Armenian civilian wounded as Azerbaijan opens fire on border village March 26, 2016 - 12:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Azerbaijani army has opened fire on the village of Berkaber in Armenia’s Tavush province, Aravot reports. The rival army wounded a civilian, Norik Alikhanyan, also killing another villager's cow. Border villages in Armenia’s Tavush province are very often targeted by the Azerbaijani armed forces.
