“Me Before You” romance drama unveils tear-jerking trailer (video) March 29, 2016 - 10:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The new trailer for the tear-jerking romance drama “Me Before You” previews an obstacle-ridden romance between the wealthy, recently paralyzed William Traynor and his small-town caretaker Louisa Clark, Variety said. The video clip begins with an introduction from “Me Before You” stars, “Game of Thrones'” Emilia Clarke and “Hunger Games'” Sam Claflin. Based on a romance novel by Jojo Moyes, “Me Before You” follows the evolution of the English countryside-set love story between William and Louisa. Though the pair’s relationship is rocky at the onset, their mutual dislike gradually develops into affection. Once in love the couple faces challenges, partially spurring from William’s belief that his paralysis is holding Louisa back. “I don’t want you to miss out on the things that someone else can give you,” he admits to Louisa in the trailer. The romantic drama, which was directed by Thea Sharrock, boasts a predominantly British cast, also starring Charles Dance (“The Imitation Game”), Jenna Coleman (“Doctor Who”), Matthew Lewis (the “Harry Potter” films), Vanessa Kirby (“About Time”), Stephen Peacocke (“Hercules”), Brendan Coyle (“Downton Abbey”) and Janet McTeer (“Albert Nobbs,” “Tumbleweeds”). Moyes also wrote the screenplay. “Me Before You” hits theaters June 3. Top stories Ara Aivazian said Azerbaijan continues the traditions of Turkey after seizing territories and forced Armenians out.
